Master Planning & Urban Design

We define Master-Planning as the design of a “clear framework”. Our experience spans many sectors, including new communities, regeneration, specialist housing and urban mixed use schemes.

Information Modelling & Technical Delivery

Ackruti  Architects & Interior Designer are experts in the technical design and delivery. We are a quality and delivery focused practice, and secure post-planning technical design for a substantial proportion of our own design projects in addition to projects designed by others.

Ackruti  Architects & Interior Designer are now taking an leading role with our clients to drive the expansion and use of Building Information Modelling (BIM) and Off Site Manufacture.

BIM offers the opportunity to provide many add-on services such as:  Coordinating information for clash detection between architecture, structure, and services mitigating problems during construction.

Our interior designer’s team, works alongside Ackruti  Architects & Interior Designer’s architects to provide a complementary service that benefits projects and clients alike. We are responsive and flexible in our approach and can undertake projects of varying scales.

Audit & Optimisation

Many schemes that have obtained planning consent are delayed or sold on, and then need adapting to the changed criteria of the purchaser, market requirements, evolving standards and legislation. Some projects which have been granted planning permission may not comply with commercial, regulatory and sustainability requirements.
